I'm looking for any place I could buy smaller diameter exhaust flanges. I can find plenty of 2" or larger, but this is for the stock Saturn exhaust. The rest of the exhaust is in good shape, I just want to weld on a new set of exhaust flanges at the joint behind the cat. Any suggestions?

Lance, was a scab plate used on the inside of the frame? Were the bolt holes sleeved? From this pic it looks like the box was simply bolted on.

May want to check your local auto parts store if you've got a decent one. My local NAPA can order them, and Bumper2Bumper had some on the shelves and can order some also.

I've read about several people using 4" square tube. It looks like a pretty close match, if you're not doing a serious resto. Thats what I'm planning on using to fix mine (someday :rolleyes:).

Mark, do you use the spindle/bearing setup for the pivot, or the solid stock with slip fit piece of DOM (and maybe a brass bushing)? Since that bumper is bolted to the rear crossmember, any issues with that amount of combined weight? Have you added supports/braces where the crossmember...
