On my 2014 it is multiple loose heat shields. One is above the main resonator and a couple of the cat shields are loose. They clank over every expansion joint at low speeds, parking lots, etc. the fasteners or the surface area around the fastener get eaten away by salt.

I had the same thing happen, some idiot put the entire wrong bolt in one of the calipers, not even the same head size. I bought a set from the dealer and replaced both. Presumably was a dealer that did it originally.

Back to drywall... how is everyone moving 4x8 drywall sheets in their 200? I'm thinking of just bringing a box cutter to the parking lot to cut them down a bit but open to other suggestions.

Replaced it today. $17 part from the dealer and about 10 mins. I did not remove the foam at all, not required. Of course the old part was perfect and if you were blindfolded you could not tell which part was the new one by sound or feel. 145K 2014.
