I have a set of Heritages I will be putting on a Black 99 when I get all the maintenance sorted. I do have 1" Bora spacers to hopefully alleviate any center cap issues. I will post a pic whenever it is done. Would be cool to see others who have done it.

I lived in MD most of my life and I REALLY hate the annual inspections. If you own multiple cars it is even more annoying.

Take it somewhere else next time. I am surprised they didnt fail you for wheel bearings or CV joints. I had (2) LCs they tried to fail in Leesburg and trust me they did not have bad wheel bearings.
