Thanks for everyone who came and made this a great weekend. We will definitely be doing this annually. As usual, I wish I had taken some more pictures.

Weather update: It's probably going to rain at some point during the weekend. Friday night's campsite has a shelter. If it looks like heavy rain on Saturday then we can always camp under our tractor shed. 🤞

The scouting went well despite the blow out. I think we have a pretty good route planned out. We are a week out on this trip so stay tuned for some more details

That is a good tip. The hi-lift slipped off my slider on the first attempt but luckily no one died.

I'm glad to see all the interest in this trip. I decided to move campsites and reserve a second. We will be staying on Mountain Pond, sites SL2 and SL3. SL2 has a shelter and both are in walking distance to a latrine. Map below for your reference. Our campsites circled in red

You could drive to the facility, I would guess about a mile. Same for Saturday night as well.
