It's really a good idea to use four single lengths of chain. The way I did it allows the chain to slip in the shackle which can be extreemly dangerous

Use a chain and mount to the outer most front and rear seatbelt bolts. Be careful and have a second person to hold it steady. The chassis will roll right out underneath it.

If you are ready to swap the frame JUST to make it safely drivable, then you can consider buying it for $2k. Its basically a parts rig. Body work is gonna be 10K+ unless you do it yourself.
