Sunroof works with no issues and the AHC front strut reservoirs have been replaced last year with the system flushed.

Those issues were present when I purchased the vehicle. Have not traced the causes but I would suspect the driver's seat heater has something to do with the leather replacement of the seat bottom. Unsure if it was simply not reconnected to the power supply or if it is something more serious...

I know this is common issue with the LC 200-Series, but over the last 6 months the leather on my LX470 has begun to show signs of failing on the left side of the steering wheel. What are some repair options that others have had success with?

Third row seats are included and in excellent condition. They were removed from the vehicle and have been wrapped & stored since it was purchased.
