Unfortunately I'll be gone both weekends. Going back to Kansas, but going through Utah and Colorado to have a litte fun. Don't worry about me, I'll go on other trips this summer, gotta test out my new LC250 I'm picking up in a couple weeks.

I'm out of town that weekend so I won't be able to make it this time.

So we would do a total of around 85ish miles Friday/Saturday, then the remaining 115ish (or the balance of what we don't on Saturday) on Sunday, camp then head home on Monday? Sounds reasonable to me.

I heard there was a guy who had an engine compartment fire and he just lit the thing and threw it in there and it put out the fire and save it from being a total loss. I'd have to remember where I found the story, but it sounds like someone did some emergency novice experiment and it worked?

The weekend of the 15th works for me. I'd be willing to host the party at the ranch but its probably not much closer than Fish Creek and we wouldn't be able to shoot, but I live at the base of Thomas Mt. so there is some light wheeling with great views at the top. Everyone is welcome to camp...

I'd join tomorrow but my Mom is in town so I'm trying to spend as much time with her as possible. Unfortunately she isn't into RTT camping.
