2016 Land Cruiser - 136,000 miles - $39,000 - picking it up tomorrow

I’m not sure CruiserMatt will have capacity to do this PPI in the time needed. I spoke with Cory at Toy-Lex this morning he can do it and he sounds very knowledgeable. Any thoughts or recs besides CM and TL?

Does the dealer come out ahead by selling it at auction? I wouldn’t think if they were selling it to another dealer they would give any more than a customer would give. Is there an advantage for the dealer sending something to the auction?

70 days at the dealership as of today. They’ve lowered the price 3k or so over that period. I’m not very familiar with dealer financials but I imagine they are beginning to lose money and the alternatives are all as bad or worse than working out a deal with me.
