Yeah but this project went stale because of losing my job around the time I posted it... I never got it pulled and until I get my new shop built the LC is sitting at my grandpas farm
I’ve got a 1991 and it has a complete brass Radiator... in the middle of an LS Swap so I sent it out for a rebuild from a shop here in KC... IMHO you just can’t beat the durability and heat exchange rate of a brass Rad... although if it goes bad again I’m going with a Griffin custom unit

Exhaust? That sounds like it could create a sketchy weld and a possibe explosive condition if the vehicle is running rich... just run a "y" splitter from your shielding gas bottle and another whip hose and drop it inside what you're welding on to purge, this will also weld make the back side of...
If it were me I would heat an beat in place as long as it doesn't distort the LCA mount and prevent free movement of the LCA. It will be stronger in terms of weld sheer, by not having a second weld underneath...
This is lookin sick! Looks like everything got burned in nice and hot! Weld's pass my CWI inspection, from afar, minus the spatter buy a wire wheel takes care of all that! Lol can't wait to see this beast done!
