We have been comparing notes as our installs have been running parallel. I tried the LS regulator but mine had a small leak at the output side. Here’s the engine side of mine. Working towards cleaning up the wiring and buttoning up the years long build.
Finished plumbing the fuel lines for the Sniper install. I didn’t want to have a return line in the engine compartment so opted to cap the regulator on the Sniper and use an adjustable regulator on the frame rail.
Depending on your skill set you can make the torque tube removable or move it completely. Mine is like that but Ill remove the mounting bolts from the bellhousing and lower the rear of the engine while someone watches the head at the firewall and fan at the radiator.

We are planning on installing the front clip next week on our build. It’s not at my house right now so seeing it is a little tough. It should be ready...
After installing the LS Corvette style filter/regulator in the fuel system, I was unhappy with the push on/in connectors. Anytime that the line was bumped, there would be a small leak at the regulator output.
