Well figured it out today guys. It wasn't the carb well sorta not the carb. Carb related. The gas had already gone bad it had only been a month or two and I thought I had stabil in it but I re routed the hose to pick up fresh gas and ran great! So who knew. Thanks for all the help I never would...

Yea I wasn't touching the gas... But that could be because I poured some gas into the carb to get it to start.

All on its own. I thought the carb could have just been funkily adjusted but I have been messing with it and no results. Also I have been keeping the choke just cracked open because thats when it seems to start the easiest.
