Thanks for the report. I had a very similar leak to OP's pictures. I could smell the burning oil as they dripped onto the exhaust manifold.
The valve cover gasket bolts on the passenger side were finger loose! quick tighten before work and no leaks so far 40+ miles later.

When I bought the truck the PO told me it was a new windshield- and the braket was already on it.
That sucks you pulled glass of it!! I will try to find those guys over the weekend.

The fram filter I bought said to hand tighten one turn past resistance. Didn't use a wrench on it.
I personally like the adjustable band type filter wrench because it has so many other uses besides one specific filter. My wife's camry requires one of the socket style, but...

I use the same oil in my wife's car and the LC.
First off, this place rocks. Thank you for everything you all post. I recently changed the oil and lubed the entire chassis first shot. Didn't even have to move the truck once as the spider joints were all perfectly accessible. (true story)
Anyways I bought a used 99' 100. Without a rear view...
wild. Same issue here. Warm up front- cold in the back even with selector moved to hot.
My old man was in the third row seat and said that it blew ice cold air even with the control turned to hot. I will have to try it out again tomorrow to see what combination/control activates it. Maybe...
