This will be my DD, with plans to set it up for some trails, etc as a secondary function. Mostly, a capable means of transportation for us to use as we are exploring and camping. I'm definitely not planning to take it...
There are definitely loads of the 9*'s on the road here. It seems that some form of the 1KZ has been in use forever between the LC's, Hiluxes, Surfs, etc. Is there much of a tradeoff between the power and mileage between the 1KZ and 1HZ?

I would like to get the steering column clamshell and front console box that goes around the shifters if you still have them. I'd also be interested in the DS rear window vent if it's still in good shape. I wouldn't be able to pick them up, but I would gladly pay for shipping.
Just found and bought my FZJ80 last week. I sold my '08 FJ Cruiser and picked up this for a new project car. It's almost completely stock, and I'm really looking forward to slowly building it up.
