    Haha yeah. My thoughts exactly!

AHC Question - Ok to leave truck in LOW setting parked for extended periods?

Yeah, it's not ideal, but it's the reality of having the truck in a state that isn't my primary residence. PFA? Oops! Here ya go:

AHC Question - Ok to leave truck in LOW setting parked for extended periods?

Hey all! Kind of a weird AHC question but ..... is there any harm or downside of storing my LX470 in the LOW setting in the garage for extended periods (potentially months at a time)? Asking because we just moved our LX to our second home and I was surprised to find that it'll actually fit in...

Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Issue (Help Needed)

Hey All, Currently in the middle of a trip (in Moab now) and have been having intermittent throttle issues since leaving home a week ago. Today, after a stretch of (very) washboarded roads, my CEL came on and the throttle became totally unresponsive. Shut the truck off, turned it back on a few...

I've always thought it would be fun to try my hand at doing a full video vehicle review & figured what better place to start than on my own 100 series. I'm slightly terrified to post it here for y'all since I know I'm gonna get called out for some small detail that I (no doubt) butchered. But...

$936 in labor to install Brake Booster Assembly w/ Master Cylinder??

Yeah, from what I've been able to gather scouring the interwebs, it sounds like the book time (at least per the Lexus dealer) is something like 5 hours. So labor might be a little on the high side but nothing too crazy it sounds like.

$936 in labor to install Brake Booster Assembly w/ Master Cylinder??

Hey All, The time has come to replace my Brake Booster Assembly (I've been getting the dreaded "dying seagull" noise intermittently). Anyway, I reached out to my local shop and got a quote for parts & labor to replace the entire assembly ... The quoted cost for the assembly + brake fluid was...

Compared to a lot of y'alls builds, mine is pretty mild. But it has served us incredibly well both on multi-week adventures and weekend trips. Thought I'd share this video walk-around in case it's helpful for anyone. Cheers!

Just finished editing another video. Had a lot of fun putting this one together. It was a day filled with mis-adventures. Overgrown trails, downed trees, an abandoned truck, and a killer campsite. It's good to be back to exploring in the PNW after so many southwest adventures.

Section 4 is a good one. Especially the scenery. I imagine you bypassed 'The Jungle leading down into Chelan?

Woops, falling a bit behind posting up videos from our big SoCal trip. For anyone following along, here is Part 2 of our trip along the Mojave Road. Oh, and if anyone has feedback on these videos (good, bad, ugly), let me know .... I'm having fun putting them together, but feel like there's a...

ASFIR Skid plates and front bumper

Ahh, thank you! This is encouraging to see. So, just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, you were able to slide the ASFIR bracket through the opening in the ubolt? Or did you unbolt the sliders and fit the ASFIR bracket first? My ubolts don't seem to have quite enough of a gap to get the...

ASFIR Skid plates and front bumper

Has anyone here installed the ASFIR Gear skid (middle piece) with Metaltech sliders installed? My ubolts for the slider sit right in the way, preventing me from installing the cross-beam that the skid mounts to. One one side, it looks like I've got almost enough room between the ubolt and frame...

Wow! Great drone work and very nice editing. This is super impressive. You make it look easy, and I know from experience that it is anything but. I'm still working on my drone shots....and this video gives me some great inspiration for some shots to try. My biggest issue is I never seem to hold...
