    Eaton 9”?

I apologize for vaugebooking while in a relaxed state. You have opened my eyes once again. The link for outer swap blew my mind. There is a guy local that has a Dana 300 with the 4 to 1 and all the goodies… but he is proud of it.

    Eaton 9”?

Wait… you can put a 9” third member in a lc axle housing? Maybe I do want to buy that 70 series full float housing…

    Eaton 9”?

Chevy eng/trans swap plans, would prefer to spend money on a stronger rear axle than on a tcase adapter. So I was thinking about building a 9” and running a 205 or 241c with sye

What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?

I’m assuming you’re talking about the cloudy stuff at the top. That’s the water that isn’t solulized in the ethylene glycol, which is hygroscopic… need to boil it off before it boils in the lines. Or, preferably flush it out.

Best tire size for stock power train lifted trucks?

I’ve been using gear calculators for a bit. I’m looking for opinions from people who drive their trucks. I am a different person than I was when this truck was rolling around as she sits.

Best tire size for stock power train lifted trucks?

I am looking for opinions. My 20+ year old Goodyears are pretty shaky and I think the Kevlar is breaking down. Trying to figure out what size to go with. My truck is sprung over, and I am currently running 35 x 12.5. I am 51, and don’t do a lot of hard core wheeling. Have 15” rims currently, but...

Which to trust? Shock orientation question.

By label do they mean the sticker applied in Mexico or the stamp in the body of the shock? Cause they inverse of each other

Which to trust? Shock orientation question.

I believe the general rule is to mount them so you can read the logo. Sticker or stamp on metal tubing?

What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?

Ordered a pair of Bilstein 5125 series for the rear axle for only $17 a piece more than from bezos and they will be here tomorrow instead of next week.

What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?

Bypassed the heater core and got the shop vac out and got most of the flakey rust and out now that it’s dried. Went for a spin with the kick vents open without being in a dust storm and it was reasonably comfortable on a 93 degree day
