Might be brake smell. A dragging brake will stink quite a bit. Look for discoloration on your rear brake rotors.

Also, defective tires will cause a death wobble. My wife had the same troubles with her 3/4 ton Ram a couple months after installing new Cooper tires. Tried all the same steps as you and ended up getting another brand of tires. Problem solved.

If you haven't already done so I would take it to a different shop to have the alignment and castor checked. The original installers might be covering there butts or just trying to sell you more parts.

Usually the throwout bearing will make noise when the clutch pedal is depressed. Yours sounds louder with your foot off the pedal. That noise might be coming from your trans input shaft bearing. Either way yes needs some attention.

I found these Yakima bar rack brackets on ebay. They work good for my tent.

I think those are just there to allow trapped condensation to escape. No hose required.
