Ran warmer. If I had kept the truck (just so it) I would have been doing something in addition to the external cooler. I did not like that my trans seemed so hot.
No, I had a trans cooler already and just moved it. The aluminum radiator helped in that it cooled down faster but my gear shifter stayed hot in the summer like you could barely touch it.

I think I learned a lot from mine and all I did. If I were to do it over, I probably wouldn't have done the v8 swap and just did a freshen up on my stock motor and trans.
So just curious, if you have had a 62 or similar and put some time and money into it with building it up and then had to sell it. Realistically I know the expected amount would not match the invested amount but, What is reasonable? Lets say I have 30k all total including purchase price in my 62...
