For Sale 1.9 VW diesel and Diesel conversion specialist adapter for R150 Toyota 5 speed (PRICE REDUCED)

I need to sell this setup fairly quickly so I'll accept a reasonable offer but it's already listed at less than I have in it. I'll give you guys a few days to think it over then it goes to other places.

For Sale  1.9 VW diesel and Diesel conversion specialist adapter for R150 Toyota 5 speed (PRICE REDUCED)

I have two engine setups for my project and it's time for one to go to make way for other parts. 1996 VW 1.9 TDI: This engine has 140k miles on it original, zero blow by and great oil pressure. It runs flawlessly and was pulled by me for my use from a running driving Passat. So it has the...

Builds Let's not call it a restoration... Chopped down FJ40 to 45ish on an FZJ80 chassis BUILD!

A little slow at the moment, nothing really noteworthy. I have been playing catch up in my shop to get work done and out to get some new parts in. Should kick it back up in a week or so. Blacksmithing work takes precedent but I can usually do both, just haven't had the energy lately. Long days...

    No Oil!!!

If they come back as say everything looks good (which they always do) insist on no less than 12 months warranty on that claim. Problems that are inherent in losing all your oil aren't readily discernable. Time will tell. Filling with oil and not hearing anything wrong, good compression numbers...

    Ice or snow boats?

I know that most here are into 4x4 offroad and scale cruisers but For me in the mountains and snow it isn't very realistic for year round fun. I have some older RC airplane parts laying around and I was thinking of getting a snow or ice boat put together to have some fun while the weather is...

Builds 68' M715, AKA "Smokey" (Can I post this Jeep on MUD?)

...and it will fuse 1/2" plate without filler if you want to do it! That's a great machine. You'll not overwork it and kill parts, good purchase. I have the same machine and I have never had an issue other than one regulator leaking. I'll make one more suggestion. If it doesn't already have one...

    Builds Meet Ivy, 1976 FJ40 w/VW TDI

Not sure on that one. I have owned a few heeps with that setup and the one thing I always hated was the stability of that mount. When it's locked in place, no problem but it will lean a good bit with weight eventually. That and the rattle it makes. I think with a different seat it might work...

    Builds Meet Ivy, 1976 FJ40 w/VW TDI

Thanks!, Looks like you're at about the same final height that I had planned. I'll be building my seat mounts out of 1" tube most likely to eventually tie them into the cage I have planned.

Builds Let's not call it a restoration... Chopped down FJ40 to 45ish on an FZJ80 chassis BUILD!

Haven't been able to do very much in the last week. Dealing with snow, shop work and various things that pop up when you live way up in the mountains. I was able to get all of my fuel tank baffles cut and fitted. I have some surface rust on the inside of the tube that I need to remove before I...
