The transmission may be called "sealed" but it has a drain and fill plug much like a manual transmission. My dealer suggested flushing mine at 100k and I did since I've done a little boat towing with it.

I went from a 2000 100 LC to the GX. There are many similarities between the two. The engine AWD system ATRAC are all very similar. The GX is smaller and a little lighter and no suspension torsion arms.

I received a recall for the airbag control module over the week end. It doesn't say you can't drive it. It says to wait 6 seconds prior to putting in gear and driving after starting to allow the system to reset itself or something along those lines.
