Designed my rack and rain gutter mounts on CAD. Made the rack from 1 inch EMT. And yes my fat butt can stand on it. My canoe is an 18 foot AL Grumman. I use it for fishing and A Lot of duck hunting! This was taken in Saginaw bay for duck opener last year.

I am very curious about this as well. I am looking into replacing my stock setup with something that is comparable that would give me a slightly higher lift than stock. I do tend to haul camping and hunting stuff on occasions so good ride and still be able to do the offroad thing is my goal.

I could of done that yes. I ended up just installing it after greasing the bearing the best I can while it was pressed in there. I do have to pick up some studs for the drive plate that I had forgotten about that the PO had over tightened and stripped as well. 4 to be exact. Hope the stealership...
