I'd be suspicious about the rust down there...hard to tell but looks as if it has enough rust to flake paint off and they just hit it over with black spray paint which is unfortunately a common tactic but still leaves the rust issue. I'm also in the market myself and have been looking for months...

yeah, some people are still putting ridiculous price tags on cars. but there are some really good deals floating around too. gotta keep an eye out
