Took it to another shop and they said they can tell the preload was set wrong, too tight.

Had a different sho inspect. They are telling me the preload should have been set at 12 or 1 o'clock, and it was set to 3 o'clock according to what they found and what is in the picture. Not sure I fully understand.

Correct leaking pinion seal. I confirmed level was not very low before taking it to shop. I dont believe the level ever got very low. I will have to see if they recorded how much came out.

Sleeve installed Had to use double timing gear to get it on Seal was a little tight getting on but no issues Will finish tomorrow hopefully getting everything back together

Above photo is a better look at the scratches that I created. Below is after using emery cloth to make sure no high spots and smoother. Plan on installing the sleeve when it arrives Monday.
