Radiator bolted in. Guards zip tied back together. Lots of clearance for thermo fans and Coolers.

Had to remake the body mount and add some supports as the new radiator needs some love. Welded in some 12M bolts to the mount to suite. Radiator turns up in a few days.

Its the small peices that always take the most time getting right.

Welder was playing up all day, but the tunnel is 'together' Have to clean up the welds back to flat and fill any gaps, before adding the bracing between the seats.

Very likely to be a switch panel that goes there. That'll run all the 12v, lights, winch controllers and air compressors. It may also be another cup holder, not fully decided just yet. Originally was the L-N-H Stick boot.

Two options for now. See where the handbrake lands.

Template made for the tunnel. This back section will be welded into place. Front peice will be bolted/removable to keep that OEM feeling. Additional bracing added as I've cut the body rib out, and the floor is extremely flimsy.
