Yes. It ended up being the upstream a/f sensor. Aka o2 sensor. I confirmed by swapping sides, code moved to the other side.

Replacing front rotors. I sheared off one of the bolts that holds the rotor to hub. Anyone have the part number or dimensions? Looks to be m12x1.25x?

Flip the two sides with each other to see if code switches sides. That’s the most helpful tip I got.

Went to a Lexus dealer, they want $220 for one key, and went to Toyota dealer and they want $250. This is JUST for the key! That’s a hard pill to swallow. Are these made of “Gold”? 😂
