Probably a stupid question, however what is the foam around the hose on the PCV valves purpose? Another stupid question....what does Hundy stand for? See people refer to there 100's as a Hundy all the time...have searched on google to no avail.

Looks like I'm in for some fun as I have a PCV that has never been changed....98 model.
