Look at the videos concentrating on the idle circuit in the carb. I had a pice of trash in mine and it wouldnt idle properly. Mine was an aftermarket knockoff pos.

Cant recall the 62 horn, but many of them have an adjuster screw on the horn to tune them. Easy enough to test it.

May need to use a time sert/heliocoil once you extract the tap. Any chance you could weld something to the end of the tp?

@4Cruisers thanks for the posts. Mine looks like the one in your last post (#7). Marshall hooked me up with one and my son stopped by his shop today and picked it up. I will post back if it doesnt work. If I decided to go with a different dizzy on my 77, do you have a suggestion?
