Definitely the ECU. I turned AC off last night when verifying and sanity checked again, it is 100% from the ECU.

Just did it, I recommend on the black panel piece that has the cover over the ECU: have one of the side tabs in front of the side lip so that it doesn’t touch and rattle while driving.
