Gday guys. Newb here. I have 2 sets of fj40 axles. Both are front rotors and drum rears. Only difference I notice are 2 different size pinion nuts. I’m assuming on is a corse spline and the other more desirable fine spline. I’d like to rebuild one set but am unsure what year these are. Makes...

These are going under a samurai so worst case wouldthe coarse spline be ok?

Thanks for the info. So it turns out i have one with 27mm AND one with 30mm. How many spline are each respective pinion? Are there any other differences? And say if I like the coarse spline housing better can i swap the fine spline parts into the other housing? Sorry im an amateur trying...

Ill look into that... question for you... on one of the front axles you can grab the flange and spin the pinion freely, the other front axle when you spin it I believe the front right rotor spins..... what would that mean?

New to LC's. I bought these believing they were fj40s.... ive had guys on a Facebook group question that these are actually fj60 axles... told me to join this site.... can you help identify these?
