Not easily (if at all). I think the basic shape is the same across years, but the clips don’t line up with all the holes exactly. I could be wrong, but it’d be a PITA to find out the hard way.

Ive got a full set of fender flares from my ‘96. All of them have at least a broken clip or two, clearcoat is faded. $150 for the set.

No big dents, but plenty of little dings. A small rust spot on the front seam which you can see in the middle picture. Far from perfect, but not terrible
