What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

These are for the pre-facelift models, so 1998-2002 I believe, you'll wanna verify that they fit before you buy them. The facelift models use polycarbonate instead of glass. Headlamp Assembly Right Hand With Clearance, Part Number: 81010-60072 Headlamp Assembly Left Hand With Clearance, Part...

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Replaced the headlights with OEM glass assemblies and the corners with DEPO clear assemblies. Old: New: I actually have a crisp cutoff now at night. Unfortunately Texas has too much light pollution, so the warm light blends in with the surroundings while driving in well-lit areas. It's a...

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

I get this 100%, I've sunk in $20k in a year and a half. But that's exactly why we buy, maintain, build and drive these vehicles. Some of us weren't around (financially speaking at least) at the time that these Land Cruisers were rolling brand new off of the assembly line, but every single one...

98-02 Charcoal Canister Solution by Cruiser Patch

Awesome! What was your solution for the LC filter that dumps into the chassis? The VHB tape I used for my CC ended up failing.

Rhino Exhaust Headers - OEM Gasket or aftermarket?

Hey Mud, bit of a silly question. I purchased a set of Headers from Rhino Exhaust out of Australia, and they came with a set of gaskets. To my knowledge, these are aftermarket, not OEM. Is there a reason why I shouldn't use these gaskets in my install?

Latest Toyota/Lexus dealer sales and discounts

I saw that same ad, so I checked Serra of Decatur. $180 minus 25% is $130-ish... so maybe a shadow deal? I'm not sure.

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Installed Husky Liner mud flaps for the rear. I've been without mudflaps on the entire truck for over a year; the front are on order and one they arrive I'll attach them to the OEM trim pieces. I'll need to find a way to make all of them removable though, cause I'm fairly certain they'll get...

98-02 Charcoal Canister Solution by Cruiser Patch

I think one of the things for it to be viable as a kit is some type of bracket for the LC valve, otherwise it's just flapping around. Another thing is that the LC filter that's after the charcoal canister is supposed to be taped to the canister itself, and even though I used VHB tape the bond...
