Looking good! I noticed the same thing, lots of exhaust pouring into the open cab. Putting the back seats helped but doesn’t look like you had that option. I imagine it’s much better now that you’ve got the doors in.

Remove the roof rack and check how bad it is. If it is only surface rust you can sand / wire-wheel it off. You may need to dig out the gutter sealer if there is rust down in the gutters. Once that is gone you can wire-wheel the gutters as well. If you have holes they will need to be filled. If...

I was surprised how well it fit. It’s the Lucky Straps 50” x 15” cargo net on Amazon. I don’t have half doors and it felt way too open without something back there. I’ll post a picture of how I attached it, but I think you could easily make mounts at the bolt points for the doors as well...

Appreciate the heads up. I did go look at that one. Very tempting but I am not really equipped to deal with an engine swap, and funds aren't quite high enough to pay a shop. It would be a dream come true to throw a 1hdt in that thing though.
