Hey, thanks for the reply and yes what you have listed up there is how I was going to set it up. These are the items I would probably be hooking up to the fuse block, so the panel which will have a 12v and 3 usb ports, voltmeter which would power my fridge, I was going to hook some small...
Hey,
I'm looking to run power from my 2nd battery to the rear of my sequoia now that I have solar in place. I picked up a Blue Sea Blade Fuse Block 6 but was thinking I may need to get a on/off battery switch or a circuit breaker but not sure if that's overkill. Do you prefer one over the...
No complaints so far and it's held up well. I also have the attic shelf and exterior molle panel from Prospeed, overall I'm happy with the purchases. I've attached several items to the top but not a RTT so I can't speak to that but would assume it would hold up.
I installed a Lensun 90w hood mount solar panel this past weekend. The install was pretty simple, someone on Youtube has an install video that I followed along with the instructions. The only issue I ran into was that the vinyl decal that gets mounted first had some damage, I was unable to get...
I installed the Lensun 90w hood solar panel this past weekend. The install was pretty easy, the only issue I ran into was that the vinyl decal that gets installed first had 3-4 areas where it wasn't flat and had some damage which effected the install. It comes rolled up and when unraveling I...
I picked up the vinyl stripes from Touge Nation , I had use them before when I purchased the same stripes for my 100 LC. It's somewhat of a custom stripe as they don't advertise for 1st Gens. I went with them as their vinyl holds up. I had the same design on my 100 for a couple of years and had...
I had a similar issue, once installed it worked for a bit but then it didn't. I ended up using 2 more zip ties by the locking mechanism to help keep the sleeve in place, so far it's working.
Thanks, you can view my build here ChewBaca 1st Gen Build. I will be installing a Lensun Solar panel in a couple weeks and will post some pics in my build.
A couple weeks ago my rear hatch handle finally broke and so I went ahead and picked up this combo kit from Airdown Adventures Rear Hatch Combo Kit. I followed the install video which was a huge help. My only issue was that I was unable to remove the back panel at first due to my drawer being...
Thanks, my model has captain chairs for the 2nd row, you might be able to find one that's not which will help with the kids, car seats. I removed the 3rd row from mine and have the seats in the garage. If you find one but need seats let me know as I'm not sure what to do with them.
My rear hatch handle finally broke and so I installed the rear hatch combo kit from Airdown Adventures. 1st Gen Sequoia Rear Hatch Combo Kit - https://aireddownadventures.myshopify.com/products/1st-gen-sequoia-rear-hatch-combo-kit. I can now open my door from the inside.
Thanks, I've really enjoyed the Sequoia so far. I built mine out to be an overlander and not an off roader like my 100. I've done Slaughterhouse Gulch and Switzerland trail and it hung in there but would say not as solid as the 100 but it's doable if you build it out right. Overall, I enjoy the...
That's awesome! I had BIO bumpers on my 100 and it was nice that they were right up the road from me in CO. Mike does an outstanding job and would consider doing a rear bumper and skid plates for my 07.
Yesterday I added pinstripes, it's kinda hard to tell but it starts off as a light grey and then gets darker as it goes up from the bottom.
