I have the same drawers in my 80. I love them. I would say my only complaint would be the plastic knobs that hold the side flaps in place.

I already looked it up they are available on amazon for $79.

It basically feels like it is not getting enough gas like a little stutter. It is fairly faint not a huge jump

I haven’t tried the shifting thing. I will try messing with it to see. My spark plugs less than 2 years old with about 8,000 miles on them.

What was yours doing? Can you describe it?

It really only happens when going up pretty major incline and almost only at Freeway speeds

It doesn’t usually down shift any more since I regeared it to 4.88’s.

Supercharged Fzj 80 question... My 97' 80 series has a faint stutter of sorts when driving up hill at highway speeds. I live in the Thousand Oaks area of Southern California. I am looking for a reputable mechanic that may actually understand my vehicle. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
