Parting Out socal 1991 fj80 part out. i have lots of other 80 parts

I need a rear left fender flare. This is the part that goes on the rear door. I have a 93 fzj80. The part number I'm coming up with is 61062-60901. Any chance you have one?

    Timing Marks Won't Align

That would cause this symptom. I'll check it out. I think my Hayne's manual also has the test procedures for bench testing it. I didn't have any issues with it before the rebuild but who knows.

It's a new intake hose. I'll double check the fittings though. Thanks!

    Timing Marks Won't Align

OK. Just wanted to be sure. I went out this morning and redid everything. Reset TDC. Pulled out the distributor and set it according to the pictures that you so helpfully provided! I had it right the first time but I didn't know that there were marks on the actual distributor to line up the...

    Timing Marks Won't Align

Do you mean the marks on the crankshaft pulley? I did check that when the motor is at top dead center, using the wire method, the notch on the pulley is lined up with the 3° mark. Is that what you mean?

    Timing Marks Won't Align

I finally got my 1FZFE motor from the rebuild shop and installed in the 93 LC (gas). Identified some leftover bolts thanks to all the input from this forum, and cranked it up. It ran ok despite a high idle so I left it for the night. Today I tried to set the timing and that's when I hit a wall...

    Leftover Bolts ID

Perfect. Thanks! I appreciate the extra work you went to in finding and taking a picture. It looks like my shop must've used different bolts there but at least they are there! I wasn't looking forward to pulling everything back apart again. I think the same thing happened with the other bolt...

    Leftover Bolts ID

Can you see the head of one of these bolts through the oil cap? If so, they must've installed another one because I'm seeing something where I think it should be located. The answer to this question will determine if I need to spend a couple hours removing the VC to check or not. The motor is...

That does look like it. So, that goes under the VC and at the very front of the engine?

If the third bolt is for the upper oil pan, would it be one of these?

These definitely did not live under the valve cover. You can see the crud on the heads in this picture. Also, I took the oil cap off and I can see one of those timing cone bolts through the opening. It looks like a 10mm head whereas these have a 12mm head.

    Leftover Bolts ID

These bolts aren't that clean. Definitely not under the valve cover kind of clean. I bought a new oil pump and timing chain kit and brought it with the engine to the rebuild shop and they installed them. I had previously removed the VC, camshaft, and head and brought those to the rebuild shop in...
