I just bought the rebuild kit from Cruiser Corps to fix my leak this weekend, while rebuilding the knuckles too. Those teflon o-rings do look a little spooky and easy to mess up during reassembly! I hope round #2 went better for you.

I put a set of aftermarket 62 style mirrors on my FJ60 (~ $100) and they do look a lot better. However, they do get a vibration in them around 45mph, which renders them useless. In retrospect, I should have just spent the extra money on the OEM 62 mirrors.

I'm sure you have probably completed your install already, but I thought I would add mine as an alternative to the SnapUps. I completed this with ideas I gleaned off of other posts on this site...sorry for the lack of credit to those with the brilliant ideas! However, this is what worked great...
