Update: we went back and forth on selling it vs keeping it, but have ultimately decided to put it back up for sale. A few things to note: It's actually on its 3rd timing belt, not 2nd as mentioned in the original post (didn't count the stock one). Last changed at 182k. Just had the front pads...
