Thanks @Breett! Let me know if you have any questions about the armor. Your build is looking awesome. Do you know what your front and rear hub to fender measurements are with the Stage 6 lift?

Does Anyone Have a GX470 CAD model???

As the title states, I'm looking for a CAD model of the GX470 that I can import into SolidWorks so I can play with bumpers, sliders and skid designs for it. I found this, which looks very accurate, but it costs $75 and I haven't looked into the program compatibility or how detailed it actually...

Builds Wheel In Luxury -a GX470 build

I always wonder this myself. So many people are all over the 80's yet built 100's are non existent in my area. I haven't owned either but the 100 seems like a better vehicle in every way.

Thanks for the feedback. How do you feel about the size and weight of the GX? It's pretty close to the size of an FJ80, which seems like such a tank compared to a 3rd gen 4runner. Compared to the 80, the GX has a shorter wheelbase by 2.5", is 2" narrower, and weighs roughly the same.

Metal tech Pegasus rear bumper installed!

If I sell my 4runner and buy a GX, I'll be designing and building my own bumpers. Most options are way too chunky for my liking. They look "tonka-ish" to me and kill clearance. I realize it's way better than stock clearance, but there's so much room for improvement. Of course, A huge factor is...

Do you have a build thread somewhere? I'm curious to see what you did to clear those 35's

Metal tech Pegasus rear bumper installed!

@Gx4sevend That looks like a very well-made bumper but wow what a tank! Any concerns about the departure angle? Is it the construction of the GX that limits how low-profile the bumper can be without exposing the frame and lower body corners?

Builds Wheel In Luxury -a GX470 build

@The Great Him Nice build thread! I frequent T4R.org and also own a 3rd gen 4runner. Like you, I'm now looking for something nicer to daily drive. My 4runner has been great and I've built it up to be very capable for my uses with 285's, lift, full armor, winch and rear locker. However, it has...
