Sure enough - taped that lifted piece on PSD and sound is gone. Actually, on this LC those pieces are cracked on each of the 4 front windows. Anyone know where to replacements for those?

Yep snow everywhere and it is doing great in the snow. Downshifting did not effect sound at all (I suppose that is a good thing). I tried the open passenger window slightly trick and it did reduce volume. It does seem like it could be the passenger window but in this case the passenger window...

Hello Just bought a 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser and love it but there is a Whistle Sound Between 28-40 MPH. Can not tell if it is sunroof, drive train or something else. But it sounds like the sound of a whistle when a window is slightly cracked open. It is reproducible every time.
