    You can make it with a nut that is long/deep enough to get a good thread on the existing and to add the inch of the same thread/diameter bolt and then tighten a thin or regular nut on each side to keep it from vibrating loose.

    I have the exact same issue... coldtaco, so when you diverted the water at the top of the door as it came off the roof that stopped it for you? So more of a design issue than a leak... unless you count the door seals

    I called 4 different places ranging from recommending a full replacement of the system to just adding to it... the cheapest swap with replacing the seals was $125 then $250 and up.
