have you changed the coolant? One potential issue with the toyota V8 is the acidity of the coolant attacks the head gasket. You do not want that. so at 100K you def want to change the coolant.

yes that is exactly my engine in that youtube I am going to have to do this myself. i had a bunch of stuff just done at an indepedent shop this week, but they too were afraid to replace the pcv valve. said it would take 3 hours of labor to remove the intake manifold.

still using this DIY storage rack for the rear in my 2018 LX570. it works well enough that i never found a need to buy an expensive drawer system. I drilled a few 1" holes in the plywood deck so i can rope stuff down if needed. Under a hundred bucks

i just got some coolant test strips in. although the 100K fluid looks nice and pink, it tests a pH of 11. that is HIGHLY basic, and far from neutral. i guess it is time for a full radiator flush.
