Ordered from Cummins and picked it up and the local Cummins shop.

I'm pretty sure mine was installed without any regard to checking the oil - 6 months in it seems fine.

The turbo comes with the crate engine, it's a cummins product I believe and I have seen boost up to about 24PSI but have heard it goes to 27.

Temps for the most part stay around 176F to 185F around town. Highway runs 195F unless I am pulling a long grade in a hot day then they creep up- I slow down when above 215F

Yes I have found the same thing. Funny enough sometimes I just get in and turn the key and go and it works fine. Just depends on the day! I have noticed if I haven't driven it in a few days it happens more often, like it has some type of volatile memory or something.

207 is okay, on hot days it may go higher. Are you having any issues with engine vibrations?
