Have you tried a slide hammer? I've had luck with the one you can rent from Auto Zone when I obliterated a bearing and only had the outer ring to grab onto. Good luck, that's some frustrating s***.

@RodrigzCrzr I added a gallon of de-natured alcohol to my tank at roughly 1/4 tank, ran through the test, and then immediately went and filled up and went for a drive to dilute. Passed with flying colors. Can't remember who I stole that move off of on here but it worked for me. YMMV.

It's possibly your rear main seal. You can take that clutch inspection cover off and maybe get a better look. Is it motor oil or gear oil?

Sorry if this should be more obvious to me but does this also make it (44110-60212) a bolt-on option for the post-04/85 60 series with the addition of the 80 series pitman arm?
