Hey, what I compare my engine to yours it looks like your edic is mounted higher and closer to end of the block ... I have a B engine ... still can not figure it out. (Also my dip stick is in the way as is a small metal tube). Who does solve this puzzle?

Hey greenbelts, had a look at it already but did not find anything. When talking to Claude it mentioned it could be a some sort of magnet which could "close the pump" ... so instead of the EDIC. But when I looked online I could not find a pump with such a piece, They all seemed to be mechanical ...

Hi, Am rebuilding "my puzzle". I saw an electrical plug underneath my injection pump, but can not find a (counter) plug on my loom ... And I can not find (understand) the logic of this plug as the injection pump is connected to the engine. Who can please explain. Bart

Do (still) not have a clue where/how to mount the EDIC motor. Could it be that Type 3 engines are different then type 3B engines?
