    Enzymatic AC Treatment on CPO?

Interesting - I had heard of that issue but never thought it might be that. Good to know. I may pass anyways as I am not liking the trade in amount they offered. All indicators seem to imply used cars are red hot yet they can't even hit the low range of KBB.

    Enzymatic AC Treatment on CPO?

Good tips - any yellowing and the dust patting should be a good indicator. Pretty sure no covid smell loss here - I just finished doing laundry and my sons socks almost made me pass out they stunk so bad!

    Enzymatic AC Treatment on CPO?

Ok - still kinda weird they performed the service on only 1 of the 3 low mileage resale vehicles they have in stock. Guess I will go check it out and just be a little more thorough when I inspect to see if there are any signs of smoking in the interior.

    Enzymatic AC Treatment on CPO?

I am considering buying a CPO 2018 GX460 - and I found a couple at a local dealership. They had 3 certified GX's available and I ran the vin through lexus owners for service history on each. I noticed the one I am most interested in had listed an "Enzymatic AC treatment for odor removal and...

    For Sale 2006 LX470 - "Museum Condition"

In before the shills reply with "Worth every penny! I wouldn't even let my 01 with 280K miles go for less than $65K"

    For Sale LX470 Phoenix

IMO - $19K+ is 06/07 kinda money - at least bone stock. If I am paying $19K for an 04 it needs to be sub 100K miles/single owner/doc'd maintenance history or it would need to be pretty heavily modified (powdercoat rims and blacked out emblems dont really count as that) Guess it depends on your...

For Sale Oregon 2006 LC 79k miles

If you are trying to sell yours - why would you be interested in buying another at market price?

Should i Buy IT ? Help pls

Another first time poster plugging a KC vehicle - and seeming to try very hard to justify the price? Wasn't the thread from a few days ago enough of a dumpster fire - do we really need to do this again?

For Sale Ventura County, CA 1998 Safari Turbo LX470 105K Pricing/ Selling Advice Needed

Hmmm - an interesting LX indeed. Sadly I have no clue how to value this - but I imagine you already have PM's coming in with offers. Do you have a clean CA title on it now registered in your name for an easy transfer? It sounds like it will still fail CA smog, so a CA buyer is most likely...

    For Sale Jackson, FL (King's Chariot) - 2006, $28.5,133,000mi

lol - get this guy to a safespace! But seriously - you cannot understand why people would have a low opinion of flippers and price gouging used car dealers?

Wanted Need Price advice for 2007 lx470!!!

Agree with this - just because the market is "hot" does not mean all flaws can be ignored. An 07 for $23K should not have 4 owners and 2 wrecks. Grey one sold in CA here on MUD last week - 2 owners I think, no wrecks, lower miles for $22.5K. The thing looked mint.

    For Sale Jackson, FL (King's Chariot) - 2006, $28.5,133,000mi

Sigh. This is a common misunderstanding - flipping is not capitalism it is arbitrage. Look it up. While not illegal arbitrage is morally questionable at best.

    Good deal for 2004 LX470?

Smoke smell is always a bit of a red flag - can be very stubborn to deal with if it was smoked in for years and years as in potential headliner/carpet replacement. How was the undercarriage - any rust? (even though its in CA now small dealers will sometimes buy at auction from salt/rust areas)...

    For Sale Jackson, FL (King's Chariot) - 2006, $28.5,133,000mi

But it's unlikely the kind of people how could care less about $5K are the kind of people looking to buy a vehicle for only $22K to begin with. More likely your 200 series crowd. Here in AZ 100 series pop up on local classifieds for $25-$30K frequently, even with less than 100K and nobody buys...

Poll on total brake failure in 100 series

Looking for a 100 series for a while - and while I have not read this entire thread it is of course troubling to read. However, knowing human nature we are more likely to respond to something we have an interest in or have experienced than something we have not. So the 20% failure rate of...
