I was able to find a fj40 for almost no money but there’s no title. With the Vermont loophole closed I was wondering is anyone has a parts 40 with a title or a vinplate with a title 😂.

So I deleted the ASCD and that fixed it over the winter but once summer hit and I started using the AC. Now it only stalls at red lights and any idling around in drive or reverse with the ac on. So my guess is that the ASCD was the main issue and now I just have to mess with the high idle once...

Engine is stock and runs pretty good. He said it goes down the road fine and he drove it a bunch last year. Parked in March to clean the carb.

So my guage lights are on as if the alt plug has a bad connection. I’ve cleaned bent and reinstalled the plug a few times now with no success. But my alternator is charging just fine, it’s just all the gauge lights are on and driving me crazy. Does the alt have its own ground wire that I’m missing?
