Where at in NC? I am in Raleigh. I have a 69 I have been slowly fixing up, very similar to what you have on your hands. Might could offer some help and advise as you tackle various things.
I have the stock fenders from a 1969 FJ40. They will need some work. There is rust on both and the passenger side has been crumpled some from a frontal impact. $200 OBO. Local Pickup or possible meet somewhere.
I have 2 front FJ40 leaf springs that I installed and decided to go a different direction. These are the Old Man Emu 1.25" Heavy Load Springs. Part number CS002F. No miles driven on them. $150 Local Pickup or potentially meet somewhere.

Not really sure how much interest there is for something like this as I have searched and cannot find any listings comparable but I have 4 factory FJ40 wheels off a 1969 FJ40 (built in late 68). All hold air, but I wouldn't use the tires, other than for rollers, as is. Wheels would need to be...
Can you measure the hub diameter on these wheels? I'm interested so long as they clear my hubs.
Or I guess if they are off your 80 then they should work for my 40.
I have a brand new uninstalled set of FJ40 front 1.25" lift leaf springs from OME / Dakar that I no longer plan on using. The part number is CS002F. Asking $275 for the pair. Would prefer local pick up or mudship rather than shipping but willing to consider it.
I recently picked up a 69 (late 68 production) but haven't looked at the condition of my light cones yet. I will do so. In the next few months, I should have scanning capabilities up and running at work. I'm sure my engineers would love some practice so I think I can get a 3d scan for free...
