Yes, it is an aftermarket starter. I tested it on a 1HZ and it works well.

Glad you joined and welcome to the group! I have a couple of people trying to figure out logistics for the engine but no firm commitment yet. So as of now, it’s still available. Date of production for the engine seems to be 2008.
