Judging by the pressure release when I pulled the breather hose off the diff, I think it's safe to say the hose was clogged... Blowing through the hose, the release valve only seemed to work if the cap was tilted to certain angles, so we'll see if I run into this issue again but at least...

I have not checked the breather yet. Is it just a visual check to see if there is gunk around the end? Also, is this something I need to fix right way, or can it wait a bit as long as I keep the diff fluid topped off?
