@fjbj40 , Thanks again for your help! I would have never have come across that wire harness repair manual on my own. You saved me a lot of time and, like you said, I found the gold plated pin terminals, seals, wire loom, and a few other things I couldn't live without at the ballenger site...

Thanks, That's really helpful.. I had some issues with crappy injector connectors from Amazon when I did my HG, that wasted so much time I swore I would only use OEM housings going forward. So many of them being sold online are crappy quality

Looking for a replacement front differential for my 95 unlocked 80 series with stock gears.

how interesting. the engineering baffles me sometimes.... why they would go to the effort of removing the washer on the 95 and different pn for the flange... its distinctly omitted from the 95 fsm..... very strange to me.

@fjbj40 the 95 shows the pic of a washer on the diagram, but there is no callout, and when referenced for my vin there is no part listed. but hmmm, so, it appears as if the 93 also uses a different lock nut.... i wonder if they changed it a bit and deleted the washer. I don't have the 93...
