Saw a diesel "GX", too. I'd be all over that if we had access to them.

2.8l diesel LC250 0-60 is 9.6 seconds My 2024 Sprinter with a 2.0L diesel 0-60 is 10.40 seconds I put a ton of miles on Sprinters with these numbers, and find them very suitable to American roads. Zero issue IMO.

An LC250 1958 is exactly 1/2 the price of a new LX600. Sure, they slapped a Land Cruiser badge on there, but it's a frickin' bargain compared to a new LX600. A good fit for MANY consumers who want a capable (and hopefully) reliable SUV.

Did you notice anything different in the ride? I'm at 150k miles and thinking of doing this.

What types of things are you monitoring with the SG3? I have one on a diesel vehicle, so there's a lot to monitor with that (DPF%, EGT, Regens, etc). But, what about on a LC200 that you find useful?

Our LX has 160k miles and the suspension is somewhat jarring on medium / bigger bumps. I figured I'd do the globes and AHC flush, but then again, maybe paying a shop to do that would be nice! Thoughts? Rough costs for the shop to do the work? Recommended shops in Denver/West suburbs?

992.1 911 and '13 LX570 share the garage here! The LX is a big, reliable, solid, heavy, lumbering workhorse. Quiet, but thirsty. We plan to keep it forever! Go drive one.

Hardly anyone mentions this. The LC200 wasn't selling well. Most people with $100k to spend on an SUV want the flash and badge recognition of a Range Rover or Mercedes. Toyota had to change up the formula if they wanted to sell Land Cruisers.

How'd it go today? We are visiting BZN and considered meeting up, but went hunting instead.

It's a fun, easy drive that I don't think many people know about. The rack is a 1Up. I bought it used. Solid as a rock!

Spent the long weekend up near Aspen for a music fest, and brought fishing, hiking, and biking gear. So much to do up in that area for outdoor activities. Found a neat dirt road from the canyon to the north, where you can drive up and over to Aspen mountain (formerly Ajax) and end up right...

Doesn't the hinged cover have that flat tab that is supposed to keep the 7 pin connector in place? Most do. I think you want it to pull out instead of snap, though, if something were to pull on that connector.

I dumped the KO2s for the same reason. A bouncy-ish ride with too much shudder going over bumps/road imperfections. It's noticeable better with the LTXs, but still there somewhat. Not sure if I need new shocks or an AHC bleed, or if that's just what you get driving a truck.
